What counts as an "item"?
An item is anything you send to Remi: a forwarded email, an uploaded image, a Telegram message. Each piece of content you want Remi to remember counts as one item.
What about early users?
Early adopters who join from the waitlist get unlimited access for free while we're in beta. We'll give you plenty of notice before introducing paid plans.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays safe. On the free plan, you can still access and query all your existing items. You just won't be able to add more than 10 new items per month or receive daily digests.
Why annual billing only?
Annual billing keeps things simple and lets us focus on building a great product instead of managing subscriptions. It also means committed users who get the best value — less than $3/week for unlimited AI-powered memory.
